Never a motorcycle mixed so much emotion and feelings as varied, this BMW R80 RT, was "built" for a friend who unfortunately is no longer among us, an individual owner of a world the size of the heart and an incredible positive energy.
The whole bike has its personal touch, and active participation.
Unfortunately this friend if you can not enjoy that I call our masterpiece, but I know that it will be delivered.

Norton 961 MM Flat Track
Norton are pleased to announce and reveal the first picture of the Norton 961 MM Flat Track bikes produced in collaboration with the specialist bike build 72 Motorcycles team from Brighton in the UK. The bike can be seen at the UK's Motorcycle Live at the NEC bike show from this Saturday.
This is the Ron Wood Norton flat tracker on Which Alex Jorgensen (# 44) won the National at Ascot in 1978. This is the last to have Norton to win the Grand National Flat Track event. Ron was and is known for His prep race and it shines through in this bike, as well as in the big-bike tube.

Quando si vuole dare un tocco elegante e ricercato, i suoi prodotti sono una scelta quasi obbligata...
La qualità costruttiva e rifinitura hanno la stessa cura e qualità di preziosi monili, ma il prezzo è quasi paragonabile e quello che si trova in un gioielleria ...ma sono davvero soldi spesi bene, infatti ho potuto toccare con mano i loro prodotti al loro stand durante L'Eicma 2015.
La moto esposta era come un catalogo in movimento, cupolino , semimanubri , manopole, leve, comandi, pedane, specchietti, cover radiatori e cinghie , tutto rigorosamente in alluminio.
Questo da la possibilità di avere un moto un pò diversa dalle originali senza doversi imbarcare in lavori radicali..certo non l'obiettivo dei super appassionati ,ma chi non ha tempo, fantasia e risorse economiche intraprendere un progetto di un special unica e personale... ma anche chi non vuole avere problemi con omologazioni.

L'hobby per il modellismo è qualcosa che premette di esprimere la propria fantasia e può essere anche utile per provare in scala alcune soluzioni , sia come proporzioni che cromatiche, che si vogliono riportare in scala 1:1 su una eventuale special .
Certo lo stesso procedimento lo si può fare con il computer in maniera digitale, ma la soddisfazione di creare qualcosa con le proprie mani è sempre appagante.
